Techserv manufacture plasma cutting gas cutters and waterjet cutting machines in the UK. We manufacture machines for a diverse range of industries, from small fabrication shops and educational establishments to structural steel and shipbuilding.industries.

Our machines are producing everything from structural steel plates to farm machinery and aircraft carriers.

Software

All our machines include the Techserv PC based CNC controller, designed specifically for profile cutting machine applications. The controller features unrivaled ease of use and superior profiling performance.

At Techserv we seriously believe simplicity is the key to producing plasma and gas cutting machines that are easy to install, operate and maintain. This approach carries through to the design of our software.

By reducing the inherent complexity in existing plasma CNC cutters and combining this with investment in superior materials and construction our cutting machines will offer you ongoing reliability, speed, accuracy and long life.

British Innovation – Worldwide Reputation

At Techserv we are trying to continue the history of British innovation, all our machines are built in our Dewsbury factory ( old mill ), we source as many parts locally as we can, our controller was written in house and we are very proud of what we have managed to achieve.

Recent contracts include machines to manufacture the roof of the 2012 aquatic centre and the olympic stadium, four machines to manufacture Britain’s new aircraft carriers and several installations in schools and colleges.

We don’t make bold statements about being the best and offering the best service or the best machines etc as these statements are very difficult to quantify, however we do try to keep our customers happy and most of them would recommend us if asked.

We are happy to talk about gas and plasma cutting machines and can offer free advice, clearly we do have a bias towards our own machines.
