Water jet cutters by Techserv are designed and built in our factory in England.
The machine’s cutting gantry is manufactured from high grade waterjet cut aluminium plate and precision extruded aluminium sections. This coupled with high quality linear slides and helical rack throughout, give excellent machine performance and low speed stability, as demanded by ultra high pressure water jet cutting.
Our waterjet cutting machines feature the Techserv CNC system with an easy to use touch screen interface and automatic setup of all the pure water and abrasive cutting parameters including, cut speed, abrasive feed rate, wiggle pierce etc.
